These Terms of Use govern the use of the website samp.kz (hereinafter — "Website") owned by SAMP KAZAKHSTAN LLP (hereinafter — "Company").

By using the Website, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the Website.

2. Intellectual Property

All Website materials (texts, images, design, logos) are the property of the Company and are protected by the copyright legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Copying materials without written permission is prohibited.

3. Ordering

Product prices are indicated in tenge and may be changed without prior notice. Placing an order on the Website is an offer to conclude a purchase and sale agreement. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of order confirmation by the manager.

4. Delivery and Returns

Delivery conditions depend on the region and order volume. Return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days if the product appearance and packaging are preserved. Refund is processed within 10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website, as well as for losses arising in connection with the use or inability to use the Website.
